Refund policy

At Yoked & Loaded, we’re committed to delivering quality supplements, energy drinks, and gym accessories you can trust.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Supplements, Drinks & Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used consumable products (including protein powders, pre-workouts, and energy drinks).

We will accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of delivery if:

- The seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
- You contact us first for authorization at info@yokedandloaded.ca

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Gym Accessories & Apparel

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

- Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging.

If damage is determined to have occurred during fulfillment or delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damage caused after delivery, including improper storage, freezing, overheating, or mishandling, is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used supplements or energy drinks
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
